By Gregory AdamsFollowing June's performance at Toronto's Yonge-Dundas Square for NXNE, long-running conceptual new wavers Devo are about to delight West Coast-based spud boys and girls with a few more gigs.
The energy-dome-sporting ensemble have a few late summer shows lined up, and one of them takes place at Vancouver's Vogue Theatre on September 18. Check out the schedule below.
If the Toronto show was any indication, fans can expect a healthy mix of early era classics like "Girl U Want" and "Whip It," as well as material off of last year's Something for Everybody. Fashion geeks will also approve of the band's numerous costume changes, from their current grey-masked ensembles, to their flower-pot helmet-helmed costumes, to the early yellow jumpsuit period pieces.
