Death From Above 1979 Announce Toronto Show
By Alex HudsonSince reforming earlier this year, Death From Above 1979 have kept their live schedule frustratingly sporadic here in Canada. Well, the reunited Toronto rockers have finally announced a hometown show.

The fuzz-loving duo will be playing at the city's Sound Academy on October 28. Tickets for the gig are $36 (plus service charges) and go on sale August 6. See the listing and get ticket information here.

Hopefully this means that the band are ready to tour across Canada. For now, however, we'll have to satisfy ourselves with this one new Canaidan date. See the schedule below.

Death From Above 1979 made their Canadian return over the long weekend with a show at Osheaga in Montreal.

actually they made their Cdn return in Ottawa on July 16th.
Then they did their second Canadian return on July 17th in Québec City.
We all know why it's happening: Grainger is an asshole and his solo career wasn't going anywhere. Lame.

Why would Jesse agree to a reunion because of the state of Sebastien's career?
