By Josiah HughesEarlier this year, Canadian metal maniacs Cancer Bats took the stage at the Czech Republic's Sonisphere festival for a delightful surprise. Rather than performing their own material, the group did an entire set of Black Sabbath covers as Bat Sabbath. Now, they've announced that they will once again go into Sabbath mode for series of live dates in Ontario and Quebec.
The run of shows will kick off with a sure-to-be-sweaty performance at Toronto's Parts & Labour on December 2. From there, the group will play shows throughout Ontario, as well as a performance in Montreal. There are 11 shows in total, meaning they'll surely have Ozzy out of their systems by the end of the year.
