By Cam LindsayExclaim!’s August cover stars Attack in Black have reportedly just finished recording 12 songs in their basement before they left on tour with Built to Spill. According to their management, "Each dude wrote three or four songs and then they got in a room, showed each other their songs and the rest just supported their individual songs. Each member sings their own songs as well.” The band’s record label Dine Alone plans to release The Curve of the Earth in mid-Novmber via twelve-inch and iTunes. Those who buy the wax version will receive a card that allows you to download it for free. The release will coincide with the band’s Canadian tour with Ladyhawk, which begins in Windsor at the Phog Lounge on November 14. Attack in Black are currently on the road doing the East Coast with the St.Alvia Cartel, Casey Baker & the Buffalo Sinners and the Flatliners.
