By Roberto Granados-OconAs part of the Toronto Public Library's Make Some Noise Concert Series, former Constanties frontman Bry Webb recently performed an intimate set in the stacks of the Parkdale Library. Backed up by a pared down version of the Providers, and lit by candles, Webb performed the unreleased track "Translator" and a cover of The Fugs' "Morning Morning" to a lucky handful of fans.
