Woodpigeon - "Red Rover, Red Rover" (video)
By Alex HudsonCalgary orchestral pop act Woodpigeon released their album, Thumbtacks + Glue, this week through Boompa/Fierce Panda, and now the Mark Andrew Hamilton-led project have released a video for album cut "Red Rover, Red Rover."

This song has a melancholic mood reminiscent of Elliott Smith, and the accompanying video is a piece of outdated-looking propaganda for the censorship-advocating Citizens for Decent Literature Inc. It contains alarmist messages about STDs and pregnancies, and includes lots of censored nudity, all of which is captioned with the song's lyrics.

Check it out below and read our review of Thumbtacks + Glue here.
