Tim Hecker and Daniel Lopatin - "Intrusions" (video)
By Gregory AdamsAmbient sound specialists Tim Hecker and Daniel Lopatin will drop their upcoming tag-team effort Instrumental Tourist on November 20 through Lopatin's Software imprint, but in case you can't wait another couple of weeks, the dudes have delivered a video clip for album cut "Intrusions."

The song itself plays it especially choppy, with digital distortion rumbling out of the speakers rapid-fire, but it eventually settles into a new age-y synth drone perfect for reflecting on life during a late-night drive. Wonder of wonders, the band's visual addition is a car navigating through some city traffic in the midnight hours.

Check out the ethereal ghost ride (there's seemingly no one behind the wheel) down below.
