By Gregory AdamsLast week, glammy British prog-pop favourites Muse delivered "Survival", one of five official Olympic anthems at this year's London 2012 Olympic Summer Games. You can now check out the gloomily triumphant track with some video accompaniment collecting footage of Games past.
Down below you'll find a montage of athletes either prepping for their events with serious faces, or giving it their all as they fence, swim, run, cycle, row, skeet shoot, etc. There are some triumphs, a few bitter failures, and also some bizarre CGI scenes seemingly salvaged from The Amazing Spider-man credits that brandish the slogan "Faster, Higher, Stronger."
Props go to the director for including a mix of nations in the video, highlighting the unity of the global event. You can check it out below.
