Chinese Zodiac Singles Sampler
By Gregory AdamsFans of Toronto's high-brow hardcore heroes Fucked Up are no doubt salivating in anticipation for the group's next instalment of their Chinese Zodiac-themed single series, Year of the Tiger. However, the slab of wax, featuring Jim Jarmusch, Annie-Claude Deschenes and Austra, won't hit retailers until February 7.
In the meantime, the band's label Matador has assembled a streaming digital sampler culling cuts from Fucked Up's earlier editions (from 2006's Year of the Dog up to 2010's Year of the Ox) to get us all whipped up for the new "epic masterpiece."
Come Year of the Tiger's due date, that single will also be available to stream, according to Matador.
