The production is fantastic and the material is ever evolving as more and more elements are displayed. It's completely punishing, yet somehow manages to incorporate more melody then I have ever picked up on in any FTF release thus far.. I can't wait to get my hands on this.

Posted by Nameless Poseur On 2011-10-25 18:32:31It's ok. It's well played, and it's not a ripoff of anyone I can think of.
Background: I'm 36, I hold a
B.A. in music, and have been playing the bass since 1992. I listen to everything except bubblegum pop, techno/dance/electronica, country, and rap.
Some of my favorite artists or bands: Primus, Cannibal Corpse, John Coltrane, Tori Amos, Hendrix, Cream, Opeth, Cynic, Tito Puente, Bob Marley, Tarja Turunen, Therion, Larry Graham, Antonio Vivaldi, Napalm Death, Sarah Brightman, Jaco Pastorius...I could go on for days.
These guys are ok, but the vocals irk me. The whole thing kinda wears out its welcome pretty soon for me. But hey, to each his own, blah, blah.
