"I Wish You Would" (ft. Kanye West, Rick Ross)
By Josiah HughesDJ Khaled has busted out his impressive contact list again for the newly premiered track "I Wish You Would," this time roping Kanye West and Rick Ross to drop rhymes over a beat produced by Hit-Boy.
Here, Kanye's on that AutoTune tip again, offering up a mid-tempo verse about drugs and the block, as well as some more of his signature bragging. Then Ricky Rozay drops by with some grunts and more bragging about how rich he is.
The beat itself was produced by Hit-Boy, and it's a bass-heavy synth banger, though it doesn't quite touch the magic of "Niggas in Paris."
DJ Khaled's new record Kiss the Ring drops on August 21 via We the Best/Cash Money.
