By Gregory AdamsL.A.'s Casey Veggies and Chicago's Rockie Fresh dropped their respective Life Changes and Electric Highway mixtapes last month, but the rappers also had time to tag-team a new cut called "Energy."
The song was tracked in the Chi and features an electronic chimes-sprinkled beat care of Uncle Dave. The hook has the dudes claiming that girls in designer frames will want to befriend them because of their energy. Fair enough, we suppose.
MMG recruit Fresh homes in on a sly, slow-rolling flow, which has him noting that both he and Veggies hustle the same. Veggies' verse, meanwhile, is a tad speedier, but just as braggadocios. You can check it out down below.
