Wildlife Lay Out Canadian Tour Plans

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Sep 27, 2013

Anthemic Toronto indie rock outfit Wildlife have made plans to support their recent ...On the Heart LP with a series of fall dates.

The trip kicks off on the West Coast next month with a show at Vancouver's Media Club on October 8. From there, the band will make play a few additional dates in BC and Alberta, and resume touring duties in November with a series of shows around Ontario. A hometown performance at Toronto's Lee's Palace closes out Wildlife's current show schedule. You'll see all the details down below.

Wildlife's sophomore set ...On the Heart was issued early this year and was produced by Peter Katis (the National, Sigur Rós, Interpol) and Gus Van Go (the Stills, Hollerado). Exclaim! described the LP as "bigger, bolder and more triumphant" than Wildlife's 2010 debut Strike Hard, Young Diamond, with the album's "Lightning Tent" being a "heart-warming slice of emotive rock." You can check out the track beneath the show info.
