It's been a year and a half since we first caught wind of We're the Weakerthans, We're from Winnipeg, a documentary about one of Canada's most successful and best-loved indie bands travelling across the nation. Now, the film has finally arrived on DVD.
This 90-minute documentary follows the Weakerthans on a cross-country tour that takes them from Newfoundland all the way to the Yukon. A product description promises plenty of "thoughtful reflection, oddball anecdotes and the strange mix of cramped quarters and vast scenic vistas."
