Psych-leaning popsters Unknown Mortal Orchestra have amassed an impressive catalogue, most recently with their cover-heavy acoustic EP. Closing out the year, however, they've offered up a lengthy ambient track.
"SB-01" sees the group twisting and turning through various movements and influences, from Eastern-tinged string sections through heady, retrofuturist synths. There's plenty to dig in to, particularly since the track lasts for over 22 minutes.
