"Song for Someone" (video)

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Aug 27, 2015

"There is a light, don't let it go out," Bono sings on U2's Songs of Innocence number "Song for Someone." If, however, he's talking about the glow of a device screening the band's new video for the single, that may be easier said than done, as it's only up online until tomorrow (August 28). Watch it while you can, everybody.

The black and white video is currently streaming via the band's Facebook page, and mixes visuals of Bono crooning the cut under the stars and in the clouds with those of a man picking himself up out of the dirt. It's a fairly effective presentation of the track's "never give up" vibe.

For the time being, you can stream the video down below. It's expected to go offline around 11 a.m. EDT tomorrow morning.
