Thought that the recently confirmed Puscifer tour meant that Maynard James Keenan would be focusing his attention on just one project in 2012? Wrong. The busy songwriter just announced a number of dates with Tool that will keep him occupied before the Puscifer outing even begins.
There are nine North American dates in total, most of them in January. This includes two shows here in Canada: Toronto on January 25 and London the next day. Other than that, they'll be playing a number of U.S. gigs.
Of course, Keenan released the album Conditions of My Parole with Puscifer just a few weeks ago, while Tool haven't put out a full-length since 2006's 10,000 Days. However, Tool promised last year that they were working on new material.
