Tony Dekker Unveils New Video, Maps Out Summer Tour with Great Lake Swimmers

BY Alex HudsonPublished Jun 9, 2014

Tony Dekker is pulling double duty these days by touring with his band Great Lake Swimmers and promoting last year's Prayer of the Woods solo album. As the group prepare to tour Canadian festivals this summer, Dekker has rolled out a video for his song "Talking in Your Sleep."

Great Lake Swimmers' live schedule isn't so much a full-blown tour as it is a steady smattering of gigs over a month and a half from early July to late August. They have nine stops in all, stretching from coast-to-coast and including a few festivals and a Massey Hall date in Toronto with the Rural Alberta Advantage. See the itinerary below.

Scroll past that to watch the video for the folksy "Talking in Your Sleep." It's a low-key affair, showing Dekker strumming while illuminated by candles and glittery faux-starlight.
