Tobias Jesso Jr. is gearing up for the release of his debut LP Goon, but before it hits shelves, the rising North Vancouver-raised singer-songwriter has shared another album cut called "Without You."
Channelling the sounds of Paul McCartney and Randy Newman, Jesso Jr. delivers another charming piano-pop ballad on this one. The ivories do get some back-up courtesy of a backbeat from Danielle Haim (of HAIM) on drums, and the track was produced by Ariel Rechtshaid .
Goon is out in Canada on March 17 via Arts & Crafts. Listen to "Without You" below.
