While Thom Yorke has been busy this year promoting Atoms for Peace's debut disc AMOK, he's also helped prep a score for a documentary titled The UK Gold alongside Massive Attack's Robert Del Naja.

The film, directed by Mark Donne and narrated by Dominic West (The Wire), looks at the history of tax avoidance and will premiere on June 25 at the Troxy theatre in London as part of the East End Film Festival.

In a statement, Donne said, "This is a political documentary, but more than anything else it is an extraordinary story," adding that his film features "a pretty stunning soundtrack from the creative hearts of Radiohead and Massive Attack" that "creates a spellbinding experience." Also contributing to the soundtrack will be Elbow's Guy Garvey.

The Telegraph reports [via FACT] that the screening will be followed by "a special musical performance by a secret act." Without assuming too much, it's quite conceivable that Yorke and Del Naja could pop up for the performance.

As for the documentary, Donne notes that it follows a British vicar "embarking on an odyssey to understand how London remains the financial capital of the world."
