Thao & the Get Down Stay Down have been rolling out comedic clips in their Shorts video series as a way to promote their latest album, We the Common, and now Episode 3 has hit the net.
Entitled "Fruit of My Labor," this three-and-a-half-minute clip shows singer Thao Nguyen rehearsing for live shows with her band. It turns out that Nguyen has forgotten how to play her own tunes, and she makes some silly choreography suggestions. Keep an eye out for a guest appearance from fellow Bay Area-based songwriter John Vanderslice.
