Stormtroopers of Death

Their first album was highly entertaining for my teenybopper friends and I way back in 1985, but I soon realised SOD were a joke band that could easily be misinterpreted as racist, misogynist and stupid. While Bigger than the Devil may offend a lot of people, it pales in comparison to the likes of Meatshits, Mortician or Anal Cunt. Essentially a 25 song collection of ‘80s-influenced thrash/grind that has a bit of humour and a lot of stupid antics, Bigger than the Devil will appeal to the lunkheads that still dig the first record. Personally, I don’t give a shit. Cool album cover though.
