Stevie Wonder Extends 'Songs in the Key of Life' Tour

BY Alex HudsonPublished Aug 17, 2015

Since last fall, Stevie Wonder has been touring his iconic 1976 album Songs in the Key of Life in full. The outing has been so successful that the funky soul-pop legend has extended the run with a final leg of dates that includes a couple of Canadian stops.

The outing runs for close to two months, from the end of September into late November. In that time, the 65-year-old icon will play a heap of U.S. shows and make two Canadian stops: September 30 in Montreal and October 9 in Toronto. Tickets for both of these Canuck shows go on sale this Friday (August 21).

Before the so-called "Songs in the Key of Life Performance" tour begins, Wonder has an additional Toronto date on September 26 at Mattamy Athletic Centre (located at Maple Leaf Gardens) for the David Foster Foundation Miracle Gala & Concert. Don't forget, also, that Wonder played Toronto last fall as part of the first leg of his Songs in the Key of Life tour.
