Split Single, a supergroup composed of Jason Narducy, Spoon's Britt Daniel and Superchunk drummer/all-around funny man Jon Wurster, will finally follow up their Fragmented World release with a new live EP.
Simply called Live, the EP features six songs from the group. They were captured at shows in Chicago and Brooklyn.
In a press release, Narducy said, "I hadn't planned on putting out a live release, but Timothy Powell recorded us when we opened for Wilco a couple of months ago and I liked the energy we had that night." He also called it "a nice complimentary release for fans of Fragmented World."
Live will be available on April 28 through Inside/Outside Records. The release's "Glori" can be streamed below.
