Sebadoh Plot Expanded Bakesale Reissue, Play Vancouver on North American Tour

Now that Lou Barlow has wrapped up his recent solo tour, the Dinosaur Jr. bassist has returned to his long-running Sebadoh project. The band are planning to re-release their 1994 album Bakesale via Sub Pop, and in February, they will tour North America.

The tour has one Canadian stop, at Vancouver's Rickshaw Theatre on February 11. The rest of the outing will take the band all around the U.S.'s western half. On the road, Sebadoh will be joined by Sleater-Kinney spinoff Quasi, and you can see the schedule below.

The tour will likely be in conjunction with the upcoming reissue of Sebadoh's 1994 album Bakesale. There's no word as to the exact release date, but a message on Sebadoh's website confirms that it will be out in 2011.

According to the Backstage Rider, the reissue will contain a whopping 25 extra songs, as well as retrospective photos, singles covers and more. There's also a reissue of 1996's Harmacy planned for the summer, while 1991's III already received the deluxe reissue treatment in 2006.
