Music festival season is fast approaching and Bengough, SK's Gateway Festival is giving music fans in the Prairies something to get excited about with the lineup announcement for the fest's 2015 edition.
The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Joel Plaskett and the Emergency, and the Harpoonist and the Axe Murderer top the bill for this year's event.
Other confirmed performers include the Kaprinka Brothers, Coldest Night of the Year, Extroverts, Mario LePage, Wolf Willow, Colter Wall, Orphan Mothers and Desert Island Classic, with more artists to be announced in the coming months.
Located by the Big Muddy Badlands in Bengough, the festival will take place on July 24 and 25. Performances will happen on three stages, while workshops, children's activities and other events are also scheduled throughout the weekend.
