RZA may be working with his Wu-Tang Clan brethren on the long-in-the-works A Better Tomorrow, but the rapper/producer has come up for air with a new EP of his own dubbed Only One Place to Get It. The project is brought to you by soda brewers Dr. Pepper, and you can take a sonic swig of the freelease now.
The four-song suite has RZA slinging old-school samples behind new bars from Windy City spitter Rockie Fresh on "Makin' Moves," while swerving synth sounds and po-mo beatwork around R&B artist Tinashe's breathy vocal patterns for the pop-shilling "Doctor," which also seems to have a hilariously fizzy, bottle top-twistin' Dr. Pepper break in the mid-section. Other collaborators include RAC and Robert DeLonge.
