We're deep into fall, now, but Adult Swim's ongoing summer singles program still has a bit of juice left in it. Longtime supporters Run the Jewels are up next, contributing a new tune called "Rubble Kings Theme (Dynamite)" to the now months-long freebie project.
A statement notes that Killer Mike and El-P's contribution comes from the soundtrack to a forthcoming NYC gang culture documentary called Rubble Kings, which will also include Bun B, Mr. Muthafukin' eXquire and more.
As for this particular track, it features a hard-grinding swing beat and synth skronks upon which Killer Mike flame-broils beefers with his confident bars.
Though they just recently dropped the Meow the Jewels project, El-P notes in a confrontational second verse that Run the Jewels are "wolves to the bitter finish."
