Run the Jewels' fiery, Zach de la Rocha-assisted track "Close Your Eyes (And Count to Fuck)," emphasizes some of the flaws of the justice system, and this provides a thematic jumping off point for the video.

While this cut from Run the Jewels 2 is about a prison rebellion and a life of crime, the video depicts a physical battle between an exhausted police officer and a similarly tired young man. It highlights the racial tensions that have been bubbling over in the U.S. as of late, and stars Shea Whigham (Boardwalk Empire, The Wolf of Wall Street) and Keith Stanfield (Selma, Straight Outta Compton). It was directed by AG Rojas and stars Keith Stanfield from MOORS.

Run the Jewels member El-P said in a statement, "This is a vision of a seemingly never ending struggle whose participants are pitted against each other by forces originating outside of themselves."

Killer Mike added, "This video represents the futile and exhausting existence of a purgatory-like law enforcement system. There is no neat solution at the end because there is no neat solution in the real world. However, there is an opportunity to dialogue and change the way communities are policed in this country. Salutes to AG Rojas for his unique take on the subject matter and to Shea and Keith for giving us their all and bringing it to life."
