It turns out hard rocking Atlanta unit Royal Thunder have opened up their Crooked Doors a little early. You can sample swampy blues-stomp "Forget You" now, ahead of the album's April 7 due date via Relapse Records.
The track once again showcases Miny Parsonz's deep and hearty vocals, here surrounding by boggy blues licks. Though a few crystalline guitar passages creep into the arrangement, the song is soaked in sorrowful sounds, with Parsonz's pipes eventually belting out the high-powered threat: "You better run for your life."
"It makes sense for us to premiere 'Forget You' first, as it was one of the first songs we wrote and played out live after or last album, CVI," guitarist Josh Weaver said in a statement.
