Roots Manuva 'Bleeds' Alongside Four Tet and Switch on New LP

BY Josiah HughesPublished Aug 26, 2015

Earlier this year, UK hip-hop veteran Roots Manuva returned with "Facety 2:11," a new track produced by Four Tet. That song will appear alongside nine others on the artist's forthcoming new album.

The album is called Bleeds, and marks the sixth proper full-length from Roots Manuva in his long and storied career. The artist himself explains that the release's title is an "egocentric jest of daring to do things in the tradition of Jesus: I'm ready to bleed for the artform."

Aside from "Facety 2:11," production on the record was handled by rising producer Fred as well as With You, a production team formed by Four Tet, Switch and Adrian Sherwood.

Big Dada will issue Bleeds on October 30. You'll find an album trailer below along with the recent single "One Thing."
