Pistol George Warren Gear Up for 'Hoots Deuce' EP, Western Canadian Tour

With Sudbury soul-explorers Pistol George Warren set to deliver their new EP Hoots Deuce by the end of the month, the outfit have gone ahead and booked a Western Canadian tour to support the release.

The band's trek kicks off July 31 with a pair of shows in Thunder Bay, but quickly bounces out as far west as Vancouver before wrapping things up in Alberta by mid-August. You can check out all the details down below.

As for Hoots Deuce, the EP arrives as a two-song 7-inch and six-song CD on July 30. The follow-up to last year's Mindemoya LP, Hoots Deuce is said to take the act's "Motown meets Nashville sound to a new, fuller, grittier level."
