At first, it looked as if Peaches' adaptation of Jesus Christ Superstar -- the awesomely titled Peaches Christ Superstar -- might not see the light of day, as German rights-holders blocked her from performing the musical in Berlin earlier this year. However, the show was eventually green-lighted, and now Peaches is getting set to bring the performances on a North American tour.
There are seven North American dates, going from coast-to-coast in the U.S. before wrapping up with the lone Canadian performance in Toronto on December 21. Some ticket information is available over at Peaches' website.
For the shows, Peaches will sing all of the roles herself. She will also be accompanied by Chilly Gonzales on piano. See a clip from the show below the dates.
