Owen Pallett Scores Anton Corbijn's 'Life'

In Conflict orchestrator Owen Pallett is reportedly following up his fantastic 2014 with a film score for director Anton Corbijn.

Film Music Reporter explains that Pallett has been tapped to delivers new music for Corbijn's upcoming Life. Though little has been revealed behind the score, the film itself is based on the friendship that developed between actor James Dean and photographer Dennis Stock after the latter was assigned to profile the Rebel Without a Cause for LIFE in 1955.

The film stars Robert Pattinson, Dane DeHaan, Joel Edgerton and Ben Kingsley. It's set to premiere later this month at the Berlin Film Festival.

Pallett had previously nabbed a Best Original Score nomination at last year's Academy Awards for his work on Spike Jonze's Her.
