BY Sarah MurphyPublished Feb 25, 2015

The community-organized Roots North Music Festival will be bringing the folky, feel-good vibes to Ontario's cottage country this spring. Set to take over Orillia on April 24 and 25, the festival has now unveiled its list of performers.

Mo Kenney and the Devin Cuddy Band top the bill, with acts like the Foggy Hogtown Boys, Jerry Leger, Elizabeth Powell, Shawn William Clarke, the Griddle Pickers and Aaron Mangoff also delivering sets throughout the weekend.

The schedule slots are still being finalized, with more acts to be announced before the festival gets underway.

A converted movie theatre will serve as the main stage, while smaller shows will take place at coffee houses and pubs around town.

Weekend passes are available for $35, while a single-day ticket for either Friday or Saturday will cost you $25. You can find all the festival information at the Roots North Music Festival website.
