Only time will tell if Fucked Up guitarist Ben Cook will reassemble his old No Warning buddies to follow-up last year's "Resurrection of the Wolf" charity 7-inch, but fans can at least look forward to snagging a new copy of the thuggy troupe's 2004 album Suffer, Survive on vinyl.
Modern Vinyl points out that a limited-edition pressing of the set is now up for sale via Six Feet Under. Limited to 1,500 copies on a few vinyl variants, this is the first official vinyl pressing of the group's sophomore set.
Sixteen test presses were made 10 years ago, with plans to have the set issued on vinyl via Bridge 9 Records, but the release was scrapped. The album was previously delivered on CD through Linkin Park's vanity label Machine Shop Recordings.
The new vinyl edition comes housed in a gatefold cover featuring artwork from Converge vocalist Jacob Bannon. The coloured vinyl breakdown has 100 copies appearing on red vinyl with orange splatter, 200 on clear with orange and brown splatter, 400 on a brown/bone blend, and 800 on good old black wax.
You can order the LP here.
The Suffer, Survive vinyl release comes a year after No Warning delivered a 10th anniversary vinyl repress of their debut LP, Ill Blood.
Produced by Treble Charger's Greig Nori, Suffer, Survive found No Warning adding more melodic vocals and touches of then contemporary nu-metal acts to their '80s-styled NYHC template. You'll find a video for the set's "Bad Timing" down below.
UPDATE: This summer No Warning are actually playing at Belgium's Ieper Fest, which takes place August 8-10.
