This spring, the surviving members of Nirvana turned a lot of heads when they were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and performed with an assortment of female singers filling in for late legend Kurt Cobain. Now, the full high-quality footage of the ceremony has emerged online.

The video is almost 40 minutes long. It begins with some retrospective clips from the band's iconic career and then proceeds to an induction from R.E.M.'s Michael Stipe. Then we see speeches from the likes of Dave Grohl, Krist Novoselic and Courtney Love.

After that, it's time for the performance, which features vocals from Joan Jett ("Smells Like Teen Spirit"), Kim Gordon of Sonic Youth ("Aneurysm"), St. Vincent ("Lithium") and Lorde ("All Apologies").

Watch it all below. This aired on HBO over the weekend.
