Islands frontman Nick Thorburn just released a new album under his Nick Diamonds moniker, and the former Unicorn will go about supporting City of Quartz with a North American tour.
The outing will run for a little more than a month in late summer and early fall. During September and October, Diamonds will hit the road in the U.S., and he will also make a few stops in his home and native land. His Canadian stops are in Montreal on September 19 (for Pop Montreal), Toronto on September 20 and Vancouver on October 4.
See the schedule below. The City of Quartz standout "Bohemian Groove" is below that. While the album is already out digitally, it's due to arrive on vinyl this month through Manque Music, and copies can be pre-ordered here.
Thanks to Brooklyn Vegan for the tip.
