New York indie act the National released their Mistaken for Strangers documentary earlier this year, but it's still a source of new, humourous material. After being the source material for a Funny or Die sketch, the film has now become the source for some funny deleted scenes.
Director Tom Berninger (brother of National frontman Matt) has shared a trio of clips on his Vimeo page (via Pitchfork]. There's a video of Matt shooting ping pong balls from his posterior, a band-wide poll on who's the smartest member, and a two-minute trailer that hints at more bonus scenes.
