My Brightest Diamond's latest album, this year's This Is My Hand, came out in Canada on Paper Bag Records, and now she's become the latest artist to film a session for the label.
This first chapter in the session shows songwriter Shara Worden and her rhythm section holding down the menacing rock grove of "I Am Not the Bad Guy" with jagged start-stop strums and dramatic, operatic vibrato. All of this is filmed in close quarters with a single camera rotating around a cozy space.
