Mötley Crüe Extend Farewell Tour, Issue New Single

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Jan 20, 2015

It's been close to a year since Mötley Crüe made their "formal Cessation of Touring Agreement," but the Sunset Strip metal vets aren't ready to call it quits just yet. Another round of North American farewell dates has been announced, and it will purportedly end with a last blast in Los Angeles on New Year's Eve.

The newly revealed schedule comes a couple months after the band closed out the first North American leg at Vancouver's Rogers Arena. Like that trip, the Crüe are bringing OG shock rocker Alice Cooper out on the road. While a quick run of Japanese tour dates keep the band busy in February, the North American tour doesn't resume until next summer.

As you'll see in the itinerary down below, it's a U.S.-heavy tour. That said, the Crüe will bring the pyro and Tommy Lee's giant spinning drum cage out to Canadian venues in Winnipeg, Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal. Mötley Crüe will head home for their alleged final concert appearance at Los Angeles' Staples Center on December 31.

To help celebrate the announcement, a new single called "All Bad Things" was issued today (January 20). The track has vocalist Vince Neil noting in the seemingly self-referential rocker that it's been a hell of a ride, but "all bad things must die." You can see a career-observing video for the tune beneath the tour info.
