Coming off of Moby's film score work for The Ever After, he has revealed plans for a new project. Though the details have yet to arrive in full, Moby has apparently prepped something with the newly instated Void Pacific Choir. A track called "The Light Is Clear in My Eyes" is their first crunchy reveal.
The track has been premiered in a music video, which finds Moby sharing screen time with little kids, what we hope are shirtless sauna enthusiasts, and a gathering of Halloween mask-wearing creeps. Sonically, Moby and his barnyard weirdoes are serving up punked-up-but-poppy guitar tones, Wax Trax-grade drum machine damage and a few distorted vocal hooks.
Though Moby and the Void Pacific Choir have yet to reveal exactly what they're up to, a release will arrive in Canada sometime in the future via Arts & Crafts.
