Experimental British pop act Micachu and the Shapes released their sophomore album, Never in 2012, but have been relatively silent ever since. Frontwoman Mica Levi has been keeping busy, however, with the score for a new film.
Called Under the Skin, the new film comes from director Jonathan Glazer, who previously turned heads with the films Sexy Beast and Birth. Under the Skin stars Scarlett Johansson and is set in Scotland. It played at TIFF last year, and you can read Exclaim!'s review here.
The Under the Skin soundtrack will get a proper release on March 31 via Milan Records. The album's tracklisting is available below, along with a trailer for the film that features a brief sample of its music.
