As a freelance producer, musician, composer and engineer, Toronto-based music man Marlon James has worked with an impressive array of artists that includes Birthday Boy, Iman Omari and Tanika Charles. He's ready to make a name for himself, though, with a self-titled EP arriving before the end of the year. The track blends electro and indie rock sensibilities with James' soulful vocals, and the visuals are equally twisted. The clip sees a trio of cosplaying ladies cruising through Toronto, drinking, shopping and indulging in a little karaoke. Their male counterparts have a little less fun, as they get turned into brutally battered victims of voodoo.
