Lief Hall of Vancouver electro-geared noise duo MYTHS is living in Berlin these days, and she just released a vocal solo album titled, appropriately enough, Voices.
These eight lyric-free soundscapes centre on Hall's voice, as she layers and warps her voice with ghostly harmonies, choral denseness and chilly loops. It's a lot quieter than her freaky work with MYTHS, but it's similarly unsettling.
