Kendrick Lamar (aka Compton's human sacrifice) is responsible for one of 2012's best albums, good kid, m.A.A.d city, and now the genius rhymer is preparing to bring his album on the road for plenty of tour dates in 2013, including a freshly announced Toronto stop.

On the Canadian front, Lamar will be performing at Toronto's Sound Academy on August 2, with Odd Future hero Earl Sweatshirt set to open the night. As previously reported, Lamar will already be in the country in early August for an appearance at Montreal's Osheaga festival, which takes place from August 2 to 4.

Tickets for the Toronto show on go sale Friday (March 22) at 10 a.m. local time on Ticketmaster.

These two Canadian gigs are just a small part of Lamar's extremely busy spring and summer schedule that also includes trips across the U.S. and Europe as part of the Yahoo! on the Road festival, whose dates you can see here.

You can also check out some additional U.S. stops on Lamar's website.

Of course, the news of the Toronto show follows today's newly revealed "Bitch Don't Kill My Vibe" remix featuring Jay-Z. Check it out below.
