KEN Mode

"Management Control"

BY Gregory AdamsPublished May 14, 2015

KEN Mode continue to wow with the previews behind their upcoming Success, having just unveiled a wiry, near-spoken word post hardcore musing on the modern world called "Management Control."

The track stomps along with a tribal groove, AmRep-approved bass damage and the spindly six-stringing of Jesse Matthewson. His rough-hewn cries, meanwhile, scratch up the track with all sorts of ponderings on "petty agendas," money issues, and more. "We live in a privileged world/Music for something we believe in," he delivers in a frustrated sprechgesang tone.
