Many discovered Parisian electro-house artist Kavinsky through last year's Drive soundtrack, and the dude keeps the engine-revving connection running in the video for his new tune "ProtoVision."
The single, which will appear on his upcoming debut LP Outrun, takes on French Touch synths and cheesy '80s cop rock solos to great effect. The video, meanwhile, features Ryan Gosling lookalike Kavinsky (or, as a reader pointed out, perhaps its the other way around?) zooming around a cityscape in his sports car, cooly trying to evade the po-po.
