As previously reported, scuzzy alt-rock veterans the Jon Spencer Blues Explosion are gearing up to issue a new album called Meat and Bone. We've already heard opener "Black Mold," and now we're one step closer to the whole thing with "Bag of Bones."
As could be expected, "Bag of Bones" is packed with timeless hooks, fuzzy guitars and a decent amount of blues signifiers, including some well-placed harmonica.
