Hayden Takes 'Us Alone' on Canada/U.S. Tour

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Jan 7, 2013

Late last year, Hayden stoked his fanbase by announcing he would soon be delivering his Arts & Crafts debut Us Alone. Now, the beloved Canadian songsmith has announced some tour dates to support the set.

A day after the LP's February 5 street date, Hayden will kick off his North American tour in Kingston, ON. Between the beginning of February and the end of March, he'll play a pile of up-north dates, hitting cities in Ontario, Quebec, BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. He'll also play a few U.S. shows, including some at this year's SXSW.

Joining Hayden for much of the trip will be Lou Canon. You can check the itinerary down below.

Hayden has also shared another song from the impending set. This one's called "Rainy Saturday" and it features a punchy backbeat, lightly distorted six-strings, bendy '80s synths, and Hayden's playfully positive admission "Don't know how we did it, but we made it through the winter just in time." You can stream it below.
